Fruit adds a light touch to any summer meal – and that includes those featuring tuna. Reporter Kim Pierce writing for the Dallas Morning News describes a delicious tuna salad with mystery pears, tuna, mayonnaise and some zucchini relish.
Oranges, pineapple, apples, mangoes, and many other varieties also go great with the salty taste of albacore. Or add a pinch of grated lime, orange or lemon rind to your next tuna salad.
Our advice – don’t be afraid to experiment!
