12 to 16 green olives, sliced
1 can St. Jude original or smoked tuna, flaked
2 tsp olive oil mixed with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, couple pinches of oregano
Toss ingredients lightly and divide among plates. Serves four for great summer salad. Serve with sliced tomato and crusty bread.
