Albacore and bacon

As soon as we read the title, we thought – why didn’t we think of that?

Our Home Works, on living local in Eugene, Oregon, describes a trip to the farmer’s market, selecting ingredients for dinner – and changing the main course from pork to albacore tuna.

Sounds absolutely delicious … and offers inspiration for this evening!

Home Works is a beautiful site, and Eugene is fortunate.
