Tuna and turkey

Don’t go together, you say?

But that was one of my favorites at the old Stage Door Deli in State College, PA, and now known as the Fraser Street Deli. The sandwiches were all named after movie stars and later changed to honor local celebrities.  I remember they called the Turkey Tuna a Humphrey Bogart…

The wonderful sandwich place was a delicious blend of  sliced turkey, tuna salad and provolone cheese.  This is a great weekend to make your own Humphrey Bogart, or a Turkey-Tuna Sandwich – and Ehow offers some instructions.
