Bar food!

We love albacore and we love Ruebens, and so of course, we’re intrigued by the Tuna Rueben from Relief Pitcher in Seaside, Oregon.

“The reuben formula (sauerkraut, thousand island-style dressing, grilled marble rye, and melted Swiss cheese) works surprisingly well with tuna, making this sandwich so popular,” writes Kathleen Strecker for Coast Weekend.

The sandwich relies on tuna fillets, like the sashima-grade albacore provided by St. Jude.  Mouthwatering … we may never eat the traditional Reuben again!
