Penne with albacore

Another great recipe from the New York Times, a fish ragu that calls for tuna steaks, olive oil, dry white whine, garlic, onion, , red chili flakes, anchovy fillets, diced tomatoes, parsley and penne.

Creator Martha Rose Shulman is author of “The Very Best Recipes for Health.”
