Ahi tuna

We’ve said it before and others do, too:  “Going local is the new trend when it comes to just about everything,” writes Denise Naughton for ABC15.com in Phoenix, Arizona.

She offers an elegant recipe for grilled tuna salad, or Ali Tuna Salad from Tryst Cafe. The ingredients: organic greens, grilled portobello mushrooms, carrots, honey lime vinaigrette, radish sprouts, wasibi aioli and tuna fillets, seared and sliced.
