Golden Beetle

St. Jude Tuna that was an entrée and part of the tasting menu. It was served with grilled cucumber, red tarator sauce and nut rice pilaf. The wine paired with St. Jude Tuna was Chateau Musar, Cuvee Blanc, Bekaa Valley Lebanon


 Golden Beetle:  a warm welcoming ambience, effusively friendly staff and a rich aroma of vibrant flavors and spice.   An atmosphere of a Turkish market day in Ballard. Among the mezze, Joe and I loved the Muhammara Dip:  walnut, pomegranate molasses, and extra virgin olive oil.
