“Meals that heal – Take on tuna,” reads the headline in the Hindu.

Chef Bholanath Jha recommends Tuna with Wasabi Sauce.  The ingredients include fresh tuna steaks, small bunch of spring onions, julienned cucumber, radish sprouts, soy sauce, freshly ground wasabi, peanut oil, dark sesame oil and minced ginger.

Chef Jha is with Vivanta By Taj-Connemara, built in 1854 as the Imperial Hotel and now a heritage hotel in Chennai.
