Tuna crostini

We love anything with the taste of lemon. And capers. And albacore tuna.  A combination of the three is heaven.

So with that in mind, here’s a Tuna Caper Crostini recipe from chef Dave Lieberman and the wonderful Food Network.

Ingredients required: baguette, olive oil, albacore tuna, capers, lemon, shallot, black pepper, fresh parsley.

And do remember to mix and experiments. Substitute olives for capers? Add some cheese? Substitute a pinch of dry French onion soup mix for shallot?
