And so here’s a salad for you from Livestrong.com – Native American Tuna Salad with Dried Cranberries and Apples. The recipe calls for a can of albacore tuna, mayonnaise, relish, onions, celery, hard-boiled egg, cranberries and apple bits.
We made some adjustments and cut the relish and egg, reduced the onions and cranberries – and tried fresh apples instead with only the slightest touch of mayonnaise! Cool, easy and delicious!
