Tapenade crostini

An easy summer meal is tuna tapenade. We gave you our favorite recipe before. Whip it up quick in the blender and add thin slices of baguette, drizzled with olive oil and toasted.

But others have recipes for tuna tapenade, too. The one from Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa, is more difficult than it needs to be, but likely tasty!  Culinary Fool adapted the recipe, but both use black olives and we prefer green!

Great for a hot summer evening, with red wine.
