Ginger burger!

Here’s another tuna burger to try – healthy, low-cal and just the right taste for a hot summer night.  From Diana Henry of the Telegraph in the UK and they got it from the Union Leage Cafe in New York! Great recipes travel the world.

And don’t worry, you don’t need as much ginger as this prized 25-pound root. We just liked the photo.

You’ll need teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar or the glaze.

Then tuna fillet, garlic, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper and olive oil for the burger. And don’t forget the sesame-seeded buns and pickled ginger.

This is a burger with some bite to it!
