Providence Cicero, restaurant critic for The Seattle Times, has put together a list of some of the best food she has sampled at area restaurants in 2011 – and St. Jude albacore made the cut.
Among the year’s most noteworthy plates:
“Little Water Cantina’s spectacular tuna ceviche is a party on a plate, with St. Jude’s albacore as the guest of honor, and cucumber, jicama, mandarinquat and habanero to help shake things up.”
Happy 2012 – and eat well …
Good work guys – that’s something to be proud of!
